Surf Lessons, Courses and Surf Coaching in Hossegor - Seignosse

At Natural Surf School, learning to surf goes beyond standing on a board. Our instructors teach ocean reading, sand bank dynamics, tidal patterns and surf etiquette — the foundations of becoming a safe, autonomous surfer. Lessons combine in-water practice with contextual theory, adapted to each surfer's level and the conditions of the day. The instructor's role is to help you discover surfing and the pleasure of surfing, but also to lay the foundations for responsible behavior and culture in the water, given the growing popularity of surfing.

To progress in surfing, you need to practice a lot, but the interest of learning to surf in a surfing school labeled French Federation of Surfing is to have access to a follow-up of its progress which passes by an evaluation of its level. For children, at the end of a one week surfing, the surf instructor give them a surfing passport which attests the different stages of the surfer progress (technique, marine sense...). For adults, the evaluation is done through sessions and individualized feedbacks. In addition, individual progress cards are established for the "faithful" students of the school and the surf camp.
